General Inquiries

How do I extend the longevity of my candles and properly care for them safely?

1. To prevent ‘tunneling’ allow enough time for the wax to melt completely to the edges of the container. Do not scrape the wax of your candle to pile it in the centre in order to create a full melt pool.

2. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each use (but not before the very 1st use).

3. Candles have a burn memory so make sure to burn our 10oz jar candles for at least 3hrs at the start to get a full melt pool.

4. Avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.

5. Place the candle on a stable surface, and away from flammable objects before lighting.

6.Never leave a lit candle unattended.

7. Keep candles out of reach of children and pets.

Are the candle vessels reusable?

Yes, absolutely our vessels are top quality and are able to be repurposed.

Is your packaging sustainable?

We are committed to continually improving our sustainability by opting for kraft paper packaging materials and glass.

What elevates your standards over other brands?

We invest heavily in procuring premium materials from the glass vessels for our candles, to working with fine fragrances, to our belief in using more luxurious oils, avoiding cheap harmful palm and seed oils in our bath and body products. As a clean skincare brand We take pride in holding ourselves to a higher standard so that we can provide you with a healthier, happier self-care experience.

What are your candles and wicks made from?

Our candles are made of natural coconut and soy wax blend. Our tart wax melts are made of soy wax. We use cotton wicks. Our candles will give a cleaner burn, with no tunneling, and no soot.

Are double wicked candles better than single wick candles?

Double wicked candles emit a stronger scent more than a single wick candle and our double wicked candles provide an even clean burn.

Do you use colours in your bath and body products?

Any colours that appear in our skincare are derived from natural ingredients where their colour is that which occurs in nature. We do not use synthetic dyes or colorants.

Are your products tested on animals?

We never test on animals. All of our products are cruelty free and vegan.

Shipping & Returns

Requesting a refund

All bath and body products are non-refundable with no exceptions due to hygenic purposes. We cannot provide exchanges, therefore please be sure of your purchase and review your order carefully before purchasing.

However, candles and wax melt products if damaged during the shipping process, can be refunded or replaced by us with sufficient proof and photographic evidence of damages. Please use the contact form located on the Contact page.

There is a 7 day returns policy which begins when the order has been delivered. All returns must be in the original condition as it was shipped and delivered. Used products are not eligible under any circumstances for a return/refund/exchange. Returns and refunds cannot be requested after the 7 day period from when an order was delivered.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations once an order has shipped. To request a cancellation you must contact us directly with your details and order number using the contact form located on the Contact page.

Forced returns & incorrect address

If an order has come back to us due to either an incorrect address or a forced return, it is the customer's responsibility for any and all fees associated with the return, shipping charges(there and back), along with all customs and duties incurred.

Gift Cards & Sale Items

All gift cards are final sale. All sale items are final sale, we are unable to provide exchanges or returns on sale items.

PRE-ORDERS: When will my Pre-Order package arrive?

Please allow 4 to 5 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered. Customers will receive communication and updates via email. Please check weekly for status for updates on the status of your order. We thank you in advance for your patience.

After placing your order through the checkout page you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received by us. Afterwards, we begin processing, where currently the PRE_ORDER processing time is 2 to 3 weeks while we receive our back orders from our suppliers.

You will receive updates via email. Once your order has been fully processed and ready to ship you will receive another email confirming that your order is ready to ship with your tracking ID. You can at that point track your shipment going forward. However, if for any reason you have not received your order by the delivery date displayed on your tracking, please contact us with your name and order number through our Contact form located on the Contact page and we will most definitely look into it and investigate further. When will my regular package arrive?

After placing your order through the checkout page you will receive a confirmation email that your order has been received by us. Afterwards, we begin processing, which is currently 2 to 3 business days for regular orders (PRE-ORDERS have a different processing and shipping schedule, please review the question above which explains the PRE-ORDER process).

Once your order has been fully processed and ready to ship you will receive another email confirming that your order is ready to ship with your tracking ID. You can at that point track your shipment going forward. However, if for any reason you have not received your order by the delivery date displayed in your tracking information, please contact us with your name and order number through our Contact form located on the Contact page and we will most definitely look into it and investigate further.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship domestically across Canada. Currently we do ship internationally to the contiguous US, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.
