Orders

Pre-Orders: You will be notified and continually updated periodically about your pre-order. Please contact us if you have not received an update in some time, this does not mean you will not receive your order, this just means it is in production and being prepared for shipment. Please be assured that you will receive your order, and that your order will take several weeks to arrive while it is being manufactured and processed. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding.

Holiday Season Orders: Due to high volume, we are unable to ensure shipping times during holiday seasons. Please allow extra time for shipping up to 5 weeks to Canada and the US. Exra time may be needed for international orders outside Canada and the US.

Custom or Personalized Orders: All bulk orders and custom orders are final sale once submitted by the customer. If customization options left in notes at checkout are not clear, and customer does not respond to emails, then the design is chosen and finalized by the designer. No refunds or exchanges are given on customized items.

A confirmation email will be sent and a response is required within maximum 24 hours from when confirmation was sent. Whether or not a customer has responded to our confirmation email after the 24 hrs period has ended, at that point production will begin with the information provided by the customer as is. No refunds or exchanges are accepted.

Purchased as Gift & Gift Messages: We do not offer any sort of gift-wrapping services at this time. We are unable to guarantee any personalized gift notes can be added to your order.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received: Please contact us within one business day in special cases where items were damaged upon arrival due to shipping.

Product Appearance: Colours may appear lighter or darker in person due to varying differences in the way that different computer screens render colours. Returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted.

Garment Care

Sizing & Care Instructions: Do not iron directly onto the printed design area. Wash in cold water and hang to dry.

Refund Policy

Exchanges & Refunds: All sales are final due to all of our items being made to order. We do not accept exchanges or returns. No exceptions for gift or holiday purchases. However, please contact us if there is an issue with your order, so that we may rectify the matter to ensure your satisfaction as a valued customer. Please be certain of your purchase and refer to our detailed SIZE GUIDE HERE.

Chargebacks: If there is an issue or concern of any kind with your order during the order process, or. shipping process, or delivery process, we will be more than happy to assist you in any way possible. Please contact us directly as soon as you have a concern at contact[at]siobhannicole.com. Please be advised that we do not accept chargebacks, and we conduct extensive and thorough investigations regarding these claims.

Sales & Discounts: Whatever our current discounts are or any future discounts and sales cannot be applied to any past orders regardless of timeframe between the past purchase and start of the current sale/discount.

Cancellations: We are not able to cancel orders once the customer has put in an order due to the nature of our business being made to order production. Please be sure to double check your order first before submission. Please refer to and read our policies section.

Wrong Address: The customer will be responsible for all shipping and charges incurred from refused packages or wrong address returned to sender shipments even if free shipping was given at the time of purchase.

Forced Returns: We will not accept forced returns, nor grant refunds for forced returns.

Return Shipping Cost: If we do accept a return for a very specific reason agreed upon between us and the customer, the entire shipping cost will be deducted from the refund, as return shipping is at the customer’s cost. POSTAL SERVICE NOTICE CARD OF ATTEMPTED DELIVERY:
No refunds will be granted if you have not picked up your item from your designated post office.
